PICK-UP POLICY
We prepare orders to be picked up on Thursdays & Fridays. Upon arrival, please show your confirmation email and we will retrieve your order.

RETURN POLICY
We gladly return or exchange items that are standard in-stock items. Custom orders cannot be returned. If you need to return your item(s) please notify us (within 24 hours). All refunds will be provided as in-store credit or exchange.
You will refund or exchange store items provided that the are boxes, boards, tools, pans, and similar products. We are not processing returns or exchanges for food items like fondant, chocolates, sprinkles, and similar food products.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If we don't have an item in our store, we will be glad to order it for you. You can pick up the item at the store once we receive the item from our partner/vendor. Please note, following is our custom order policy.

We require an initial payment of 50% deposit for us to process you custom order.

Order will not be released until FULL payment has been made!

Please keep a copy of receipt or proof of payment at all times!

For custom made items, if you change your mind after we have started processing your order, you will be required to pay a minimum surcharge amount of 20% of the cost your order. This is to compensate us for time spent on your order, so please be sure of your custom orders.

Orders normally start processing 24 hours after payment has been successfully completed.

For select items (i.e, food products and related perishable items), we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All custom orders are final except in specific cases. If you your order is faulty which may deem it eligible for a refund or exchange, you will be required to provide proof and return the item(s) in original packaging and condition where possible.
