We gladly return or exchange items that are standard in-stock items.  Custom orders cannot be returned.  If you need to return your item(s) please notify us (within 24 hours).  All refunds will be provided as in-store credit or exchange.

You will refund or exchange store items provided that the are boxes, boards, tools, pans, and similar products. We are not processing returns or exchanges for food items like fondant, chocolates, sprinkles, and similar food products.

We ship to US locations only.

We are prepare shipping orders for delivery on Tuesday's and Thursdays.  Please make any adjustments to your order to fit our shipping schedule and your time constraints.  We ship with FedEx and USPS, both carriers have been experiencing delays due to the pandemic.  Please be aware and make adjustments accordingly.  We ship from our San Jose, California location. There is no shipping on weekends.  If the order is received on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed within the next 48 hours and shipped on the next 1-2 business days.

Please make sure that you provide us with your physical address and not a PO Box address, as we do not ship to P.O. Box for domestic addresses.
